About Morgan Lee Clasper

I’m a copywriter, book sales strategist, and author of The Blurb Puzzle (among many other books).

My entire life revolves around reading books, writing books, and helping other people sell their books.

As a book blurb copywriter, I’ve written over 4,000 blurbs, including for New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestsellers. I created The Blurb Puzzle to help authors craft better blurbs, which you can read for free.

I’m also the author of the fantasy series The Frostwing Quadrilogy and the Chronicles of Alcabaza. I’ve been writing on and off from childhood (I recall my first “books” included a rip-off of Charlie Small and a series of comedic spy/detective stories about a man named Jim Stupid.) Now, I write fantasy coming-of-age novels about dragons, magic, and atmospheric worlds.

Other fun facts about me? I’ve moved over sixteen times across three different countries, I once spent five years growing up on a farm, and I’m a total shut-in. When not spending hours meticulously plotting every detail of a book, you can find me reading classical philosophy, existential psychology (I can’t diagnose you), and theology.
